Beautiful, brilliant light yellow colour with golden reflections. Ripe notes of peach, pineapple and apricot accompanied by seductive wood aromas, vanilla and a touch of toast. Lively acidity keeps the wine nicely balanced. Very flavourful and complex style. The finish is long and pure. Top Chardonnay in which the winemaker's Burgundian past clearly shows up.
Seafood (grilled or with sauce), poultry or other white meat, pastas and spicy vegetarian dishes.
