Intriguing and complex is the best way to describe this rich but fine and balanced Grenache. Captivating nose of candied cherries and blackberries accompanied by a delicate but opulent complexity with notes of caramel, tobacco, cedar, more roasted aromas and a hint of leather. Particularly stylish and elegant for an instant 'pleaser' like grenache. Top wine with Burgundy allure.
Solomillo of Iberico with mustard mushroom sauce, Lamscarré with sauce, Pheasant Brabançonne, fine meat dishes and a wide variety of charcuterie.
